empower will be undergoing scheduled maintenance activities beginning on Friday, October 23 at 9:30 PM ET.
During this maintenance event we will be implementing software updates to our ERP which will affect users' ability to track orders, check price & availability, place catalog orders, submit return requests, and submit flow & quote rebate requests. Except for rebates, empower-Quote will be fully functional, but quote orders will be held and processed after the maintenance is complete.
Full maintenance windows:
Friday October 23, 9:30 PM ET - Saturday October 24, 4:30 AM ET (empower-flow only)
