empower will be undergoing scheduled maintenance activities beginning on Saturday, Mar 14 at 11:00 PM ET.
During this maintenance event we will be implementing software updates to our ERP which will affect users' ability to track orders, check price & availability, place catalog orders, submit return requests, and submit flow & quote rebate requests. Except for rebates, empower-Quote will be fully functional but quote orders will be held and processed after the maintenance is complete.
Full maintenance windows: Saturday Mar 14, 11:00 PM ET - Sunday Mar 15, 6:00 AM ET (empower-flow only)
