empower will be undergoing scheduled outage activities beginning on Sunday, January 22 at 03:00 AM ET.
During this maintenance event we will be implementing software updates to our system which will affect users' ability to track orders, check price & availability, place catalog orders, submit return requests, and submit flow & quote rebate requests. Except for rebates, empower-Quote will be fully functional, but quote orders will be held and processed after the maintenance is complete.
Full maintenance windows: Sunday January 22, 03:00 AM ET – Sunday January 22, 06:00 AM ET - empower flow only
