empower will be undergoing scheduled maintenance activities beginning on Sunday, August 20 at 02:30 AM ET.
During this maintenance event we will be implementing server patching and software updates to our ERP which will affect users' ability to track orders, check price & availability, place catalog orders, submit return requests, and submit flow & quote rebate requests. Except for rebates, empower-Quote will be fully functional, but quote orders will be held and processed after the maintenance is complete.
Full maintenance window: Sunday August 20, 02:30 AM ET - Sunday August 20, 10:30 AM ET (empower-flow only)
